摘要
目的分析COX-2及VEGF与脑胶质瘤病理学分级之间的关系,探讨其在胶质瘤发生发展中的作用。方法收集我院神经外科手术切除,术后病理证实并且保存完整的82例脑胶质瘤标本,15例正常脑组织标本来自我院颅脑外伤行内减压术的患者(伤后2h内手术),用免疫组化染色法检测COX-2、VEGF在82例人脑胶质瘤和15例对照组正常脑组织中的表达情况。结果 COX-2及VEGF在人胶质瘤中高表达,在对照组脑组织中表达较低或无表达,差异有统计学意义。在脑胶质瘤中,高级别(III,IV级)表达高于低级别(I,II级),差异有统计学意义。COX-2和VEGF呈正相关。结论 COX-2和VEGF在脑胶质瘤中的表达情况随着肿瘤恶性程度的增高而增强,且显著高于对照组。COX-2和VEGF在脑胶质瘤中的表达呈正相关。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of VEGF,COX-2 and the pathological characteristics and grading of human glioma,and to explore their effects on the formation and development of glioma.Methods Eighty-two pathologically confirmed and preserved glioma specimens were collected by neurological surgical excision in the Ninth People’s Hospital of Chongqing.15 normal brain tissue samples were gained from brain trauma patients with row decompression operation (within 2h after injury) in the hospital.The expression of COX-2 and VEGF of the two groups was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression of COX-2 and VEGF was high in cerebral glioma group and low in control group,and the difference was statistically significant.In cerebral glioma group,the high-level (grade III,grade IV) expression was higher than low-level (grade I,grade II) expression,and the difference was statistically significant.COX-2 was positively correlated with VEGF.Conclusions The expression of VEGF and COX-2 had positive correlation with the pathological grades of glioma.The positive correlation is found between the expression of VEGF and COX-2.
