摘要
目的探讨实施健康教育护理模式在农村老年人食管癌手术护理中的效果。方法将128例食管癌手术患者随机分为两组,实验组与对照组分别采取健康教育护理模式与传统护理模式进行术前、术中和术后的护理,填写护理质量调查表,比较不同护理模式下患者之间的差异。结果实验组患者在健康教育护理模式下掌握相关护理知识、相关技能与态度或行为改变方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义,对护理人员满意度的比较差异亦有统计学意义(χ2=6.47,P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理模式在农村老年人食管癌手术护理中能较好地帮助患者适应手术刺激,能促使患者掌握相关知识和技能,有利于病情的恢复。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of health education for pre-, intra- and post- operative nursing of rural elderly patients with esophageal cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty- eight patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The patients of experimental group were given health education nursing mode, while the patients d control group received traditional nursing mode. The quality of nursing care was investigated by filling out the questionnaires, and the differences between the two nursing care modes were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences in the patient's relevant nursing care knowledge, skills and attitude, and behavior change between experiment group and control group. The degree of satisfaction to the nursing staff also had statistically significant differences between experiment group and control group (χ^2= 6.47, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Health education can help the rural elderly patients with esophageal cancer adept the operation stimulation and promote the patients to master the relevant nursing knowledge and skills. It is favorable to the recovery of the illness.
