摘要
目的评价临床流行病学教程教学效果,为进一步完善、推进临床流行病学课程教学提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,对修完临床流行病学的2007届570名临床专业硕士研究生进行调查。结果学生最感兴趣和觉得最重要的章节均为临床科研设计;有97.19%(554/570)的学生对该课程感兴趣,74.91%(427/570)的学生认为该课程重要;认为本课程所采用教程实用性强的学生占88.07%(502/570),对该教材表示满意的学生占92.28%(526/570);在开阔思路、提高理论水平、提高科研工作能力三个方面,分别有81.40%(464/570)、80.52%(459/570)和83.68%(477/570)的学生表示在学习该课程后,收获较大;有68.60%(391/570)的学生认为该课程的每周学时数应该≥6学时,而83.51%(476/570)的学生认为该门课程的讲授应由一名老师来承担。结论学生对临床流行病学兴趣浓厚,学习收获大,教材实用性强、课程重要、满意度高,教学效果好,该课程的教学取得了预期的效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of teaching of clinical epidemiology, and to provide a scientific basis for further improving and developing teaching of clinical epidemiology. Methods Totally .5?0 clinical medical graduates were selected to respond the questionnaire when they completed the course of clinical epidemiology. Results Students thought the most interesting chapter was clinical research design, and it was also the most important one. 97. 19% (.554/570) of the students said they had interest in the course, and 74.01% (427/570) said the coursewas important. 88.07% (.502/570) of the students thought the textbook was practical, and 92.28% (526/570) were satisfied with it. As for widening thinking, advancing the academic level and enhancing the practical ability, there were respectively 81.40% (464/570), 80.52% (459/ 570) and 83.68% (477/570) students said they gained much. 68.60% (391/570) of the graduates thought the hours of the course should be prolonged and 83.51% (476/570) thought all the curriculum should be taught by one professor. Conclusions Students are interested in the course of clinical epidemiology and gain much from it. The textbook is practical and famous. And the effect of teaching is good.
