摘要 CYJ7-2.5-26HY型整体弯游梁式抽油机是针对低渗透油藏而设计的新型节能抽油机,解决了长庆油田部分油井使用8型机悬点载荷过剩,使用6型机悬点载荷不足的问题。该型抽油机采用游梁平衡方式,平衡率高,节能,使油田实现了设备选型和生产运行精细化管理,降低了生产成本。 CYJ7-2.5-26HY bend walking beam pumping unit is a new kind of energy-saving pumping unit,which was designed according to Changqing Oilfield Company's requirement.It could solve the problem that using Model 8 pumping unit,the load on polished rod was surplus and Model 6 pumping unit was inadequate.The balance method used in this kind of pumping unit adopts bend walking beam structure,adding or subtracting the balance weight to keep and adjust balance of pumping unit,also realizes high balance rate,protection and energy-save.It has high quality and low cost,satisfies the need in Changqing Oilfield and manages the equipments easily,reduces the cost on equipments and operation cost.
