摘要
通过对现有飞机装配技术的分析,结合数字化技术和自动化技术,提出飞机钣金件数字化柔性装配方法。在分析飞机数字化柔性装配现状的基础上,对飞机钣金件曲面上点的定位算法进行分析,为飞机钣金件数字化柔性装配提供一条敏捷化、精益化的生产思路。
Existing aircraft assembly technology was analyzed. The digital flexible assembly method of aircraft sheet metal was put forward combining with the digital and automatic techniques. Based on analyzing the status of digital flexible assembly of aircraft, the algorithm of point-positioning of the curve surface on the aircraft sheet metal was expounded. It provides an idea of agile and lean production for the digital flexible assembly of the aircraft sheet metal.
