摘要
EQ1128ZJ2-502汽车发动机后悬置支架过去采用球墨铸铁铸造,零件多、质量大。现采用精密铸造,材料采用ZG45,减轻零件质量(减少约20kg)的同时也减少了零件数量,达到降低成本的目的。主要介绍该零件的生产过程,并对其工艺进行分析,为以后发动机后悬置设计提供技术上的参考。
Back hanging bracket of motor engine of EQ1128ZJ2-502 automobile was founded by nodular cast iron with more parts and heavy mass in the past. Now it is founded by ZG45 with precision foundry. Light mass ( decreased about 20kg) and less parts were got to reduce the cost. The production process and technics analysis of the parts were presented to provide the technology reference for the future design of back hanging bracket of motor engine.
