摘要
针对数控机床在工作时控制系统产生谐波,设计一种简单高效的基于DSP芯片的机床谐波数据采集测量装置,该装置实时采集数控机床进线电压和电流信号,并实时测量与分析谐波含量,为电力工作者提供实时准确的谐波数据。
Harmonic is produced when NC machine tool's control system works. A simple and efficient data acquisition and measurement mechanism of NC machine tool was designed based on DSP chip. Input voltage and current signals of NC machine tool were collected and harmonic content was measured and analyzed real-time using this mechanism. It provides accurate harmonic data for electricity operator.
