摘要
介绍了德国某公司开发的用于测量数控机床二维运动轮廓精度的高精密平面光栅,并利用平面光栅对不同半径、不同进给速度的圆轨迹进行精密测量,利用MATLAB软件对测量数据进行处理,分析半径、进给速度、平均偏差、圆度和反向尖角等之间的关系,得到一些重要结论。
The high precise grid encoder developped by some company of Germany which can be used measure NC machine twodimensions profile precision was introduced. The grid encoder was used to measure circular locus under different radius and different feed speed. Measured data were dealed with by MATLAB software, the relations of radius, feed velocity, average deviation, circular deviation and reversal spikes were analyzed and a few important conclusions were got.
