摘要
通过建立满足特定约束条件的单件生产成本和生产率目标函数,构建切削用量优化数学模型,从生产管理角度分析工人劳动强度和机床单位时间消耗对优化变量的影响,给出相应实例。对企业生产管理有一定的指导作用。
In this paper,a mathematical model to optimize cutting parameters is developed through establishing the objective functions for production costs and productivity of single piece which meet specific constraints.From the perspective of production management,the effects of the labor intensity of workers and machine tool consumption per unit time on the optimized variables are analyzed.The case studies of the cutting examples are given.The research results will be beneficial for the optimal selection cutting parameters in the manufacturing industries.
