摘要
基于CAXA制造工程师的CAD/CAM功能,根据连杆零件图尺寸参数进行三维实体造型,完成数控加工用实体模型,然后利用分模功能,生成连杆锻模型腔,并通过坐标系统转换和数控加工参数的设置,生成NC代码,并对加工轨迹进行数控加工仿真和代码校验。
Based on the CAD/CAM functions of CAXA manufacturing engineer,the solid model was generated according to the dimensions of the part drawing.Then the impression of the connecting rod forging mould was fulfiled by utilizing sub-model function.By means of coordinate conversion and parameters institution for NC maching,NC program could be generated and the processing route was checked and amended after simulating process.
