大棚栽培对“宁海白”白沙枇杷果实生长发育和品质特性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 研究大棚设施栽培对"宁海白"白沙枇杷果实生长发育和品质特性的影响。结果表明,大棚设施栽培提高了白沙枇杷抗寒性和着果率;果实转色和成熟比露地栽培提早10天。果实CCI值随果实转色而增加,与枇杷成熟度呈正相关。大棚栽培果实可溶性固形物含量达到13.55%,比露地栽培果实增加5.61%;可溶性糖和总有机酸含量分别达到164.90和655.66mg/100g.FW,分别比露地增加20.91%和减少0.70%;糖酸比增加了19.05%,果实风味更加浓郁。 Effects of plastic greenhouse cultivation on the development and quality of Ninghaibai white loquat fruit were studied. Results showed that plastic greenhouse cultivation increased cold hardiness and fruit set rate of the trees and advanced fruit color change and maturation time for 10 days. CCI value was increased as fruit broke color, and was positively related to fruit ripening. The TSS content in greenhouse cultivated fruit reached 13.55%, which was 5.61% higher than in the fruit growing in open field. Soluble sugar content and total organic acid content were 164.90 mg/ 100 g · FW and 655.66 mg/100 g · FW, increased by 20.91% and decreased by 0.70%, respectively. The total soluble sugar to organic acid ratio increased 19. 05% and fruit flavor was better.
