摘要
本文在对多轴向经编织物的生产设备、编织原理等深入研究的基础上,进一步探讨了多轴向经编织物的编织工艺,包括常用原料、织物组织、工艺规格等。多轴向经编织物是一种采用高性能纤维作为增强衬纱,在多轴向经编机铺纬运动和成圈运动的协调配合下,利用编链、经平或变化经平组织将多层纱线绑缚成一个整体的多层织物。多轴向经编织物平行伸直、可调节角度变化的轴向衬纱结构使织物具有多种优异性能,作为复合材料的骨架材料拥有广阔的应用领域和无限的商业前景。
Based on the production equipment and knitting principle of multi-axial warp-knitted fabric,the article explores the multi-axial warp-knitted knitting technology,including the commonly used raw materials,fabric structure,technical specifications and so on.With the high-performance fiber as its enhancement insertion yarn and chain stitch,tricot stitch or variable tricot stitch tying the multilayer yarn,the multi-axial warp-knitted fabric is a kind of multi-layer textiles,which is formed by the coordination of weft insertion and looping movement.Because of its parallel,straight and adjustable angle axial insertion yarn structure,the multi-axial warp-knitted fabric has much wonderful performance.As the composite material skeleton,it has broad application areas and unlimited commercial prospects.
