Discussion on the Strategy-Focused Organization Building of the Commercial Bank of China

本文通过对一些国际先进银行及国内银行的深入调研,紧密结合我国商业银行的发展阶段和特点,对我国商业银行战略管理改进提出了系统性建议,从原则、框架、组织、流程、工具、保障等几个方面探讨了我国商业银行如何打造战略中心型组织。

On the basis of summarizing the theory of the Strategy-Focused Organization, analyzing the evolution of development trends of international banking and researching banking at home and abroad in depth, combined with stage of development and characteristics of China’s commercial banks, the paper makes systemic recommendations for improving strategic management and building Strategy-Focused Organization in several ways including the principles, frame, procedure, tools, safeguards and etc. for China’s commercial banks.
