Current global economic imbalances originate from international monetary and non-international monetary distinction caused by the currency virtualization, which allow the international currency issuing countries to abuse of power and rarely take their due responsibility, its essence is the virtual economy and real economic imbalances. Prolonged imbalance will exacerbate the turmoil of the international monetary system and global financial markets, cause a serious threat to world economic stability and development, which must be corrected from the point of view of international monetary system itself and relations between the virtual economy and real economy.
