摘要
为探讨高原作物青稞的光合特性,以青海主栽品种北青6号和昆仑12号为实验材料,研究其三叶期叶片净光合速率的日变化和叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光特征的差异。结果表明:在三叶期内,北青6号和昆仑12号两个品种的净光合速率日变化出现双峰趋势。叶绿素荧光特征参数(Fv/Fm)种间差异不显著,叶绿素含量种间差异极显著。
The photosynthetic characteristics,including diurnal variation of leaf net photosynthetic rate,cholorphyll fluorescence parameter,chlorophyll content in three-leaf stage of two highland barley cultivars(Hordeum vulgare L.var.Nudum Hook.f),Beiqing 6 and Kunlun 12,were comptered.The results shows that there are double peaks in diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate.There is significant difference in chlorophyll content,whereas chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fv / Fm) is not.
