青海省农牧专业高校毕业生需求分析及对策研究

Analyzing demand of graduated college students major in agriculture and animal husbandry and countermeasures in Qinghai

为了掌握青海省对农牧专业人才的需求和对高校毕业生专业、学历、素质和能力等方面的要求,项目组采用问卷调查的方法,对青海省用人单位的人才需求和对高校毕业生的要求以及订单培养等情况进行了调查和走访。调查结果显示:青海省用人单位对农牧专业人才有着迫切的需求,对青海大学农牧学院往届毕业生的能力素质和工作表现持肯定态度,同时也对在校大学生提出了更高的培养要求。通过调研得出,学校办学要以市场为导向,加强专业改革和学科建设的力度,重视实践教学,加强和改进就业和创业指导,努力提高大学生的综合素质和能力,以满足农牧人才的社会需求。

To find out the demand for graduated college students major in agriculture and animal husbandry in Qinghai and requirements of employment unit for major,certificate,quality and ability,a survey was conducted by both questionnaires and visiting.The results showed that needs for profe-ssionals were pressing,and the performance and work ability of employed staff were satisfactory.There were new requirements for education in college.To increase students＇comprehensive quality and ability,employment guidance,specialty reform,discipline building and practice should be enhanced based on market-oriented education.
