摘要
以怀化市林业科学研究所油茶采穗圃的湘林1号、104号和长林3号、4号等20多个油茶优良无性系为试材,对油茶芽苗砧嫁接苗进行田间移栽试验。试验结果表明:短期移栽密度以222~333株/m^2,株行距3 cm×15 cm、3 cm×12 cm和3 cm×10 cm,产苗量7~10万株/667 m^2的密度最合适;移栽天气以毛毛细雨天和阴天最佳,其次是晴天;最适砧木粗度为0.31~0.45 cm;拱膜密封嫁接苗保温保湿天数以90~95 d,且第1次密封时间以40 d左右为好。
Taken more than 20 clones of Camellia oleifera from cutting orchard in Forestry Institute of Huaihua City as experimental materials,the test on field transplant of seedlings grafted on germinated seeds of Camellia oleifera was conducted.The results showed that,the best density of short-term transplant was 222~333 plants ·m^-2,plant-row spacing 3 cm×15 cm,3 cm×12 cm and 3 cm×10 cm,seedling yield 70 000 ~ 100 000 plants ·667 m^-2.The optimum transplant weather was drizzly and cloudy,followed by sunny.And the optimum stock thickness was 0.31~0.45 cm.It was better that the days of heat and moisture insulation for grafted seedlings with arch membrane seal lasted for 90~95 d and the first seal term was about 40 d.
