摘要
家禽免疫抑制病可导致疫苗免疫失败、机体抗病力下降,从而引发多种病毒病及细菌的继发感染甚至死亡。防治免疫抑制性疾病,提高自身的免疫力成为防治家禽疾病的1条有效途径。鸡脾转移因子主要成分为低分子肽-核酸复合物,能有效增强机体免疫系统的发育,改善受损的免疫器官,提高机体的免疫力和抗病力。
Immunosuppression of poultry could lead to failure of vaccination and the decrease of disease resistance,then causes various of virus diseases and secondary infection,even death.Improving immunity of poultry is an effective way to control the immunosuppression.The main components of chicken spleen transfer factor are the complexes of low-molecular weight peptide with nucleic acids,which could promote effectively the development of immune system,improve the damaged immune organs,and enhance the immunity and disease resistance.
