员工组织支持感与工作满意度、离职倾向关系研究——行业重组视角 被引量:9

摘要 通过对电信行业重组后,电信企业员工的调查,探讨组织支持感与工作满意度、离职倾向之间的关系。结果表明:行业重组后,员工组织支持感与工作满意度存在显著的正相关;组织支持感与离职意向存在显著的负相关,工作满意度与离职倾向显著负相关。工作满意度与组织支持感均对离职倾向具有负向预测作用。
