摘要
常州是一座以机电、纺织、化工、电镀为主的加工工业城市,城市污水主要来自工业行业的点源排放,水质污染因子行业特征明显。近年来,常州市通过实施的污染物总量减排、小康达标、太湖水污染治理、清水工程、水环境专项整治等行动,取得了阶段性成效,初步实现了"经济增长不增污"。以该市环境监测数据(2001-2007年)为依据,从城市主要河流和湖泊的水质现状、工业废水的治理与达标排放情况和城市生活污水的处理等方面对该市水环境质量进行综合分析、评价。结果表明:城市河流水质局部略显好转,总体状况仍不容乐观;石油类、工业挥发酚的污染问题已逐步上升为主要水污染问题;湖泊水质有好转现象,但富营养化仍在加剧。
Changzhou is a city with processing industries based on mechanical and electrical products,textiles,chemicals,electroplating industry.The urban sewage in the city is source pollution which mainly comes from industries,water pollution factors show the industrial characteristics.The implementation has achieved preliminary success,such as the total emission reduction of pollutants,the water pollution control of Taihu Lake,clean water project,special training for water environment.Based on the city's environmental monitoring data(2001-2007),a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of environmental quality are made,including the water quality status of the city's main rivers and lakes,the discharge and the emission standards of the industrial wastewater,and the disposal of urban water sewage.The results show that the water quality of urban river improves slightly,but the overall situation is not optimistic yet.Petroleum and industrial volatile phenol pollution increase as the major water pollution problem gradually;the water quality of the lake has improved,but eutrophication is still worsening.
