摘要
从公平性角度考虑,构建节水型社会评价指标体系,采用基尼系数-支持向量机耦合评价模型,对东江流域节水型社会进行综合评价,结果表明:东江流域节水公平性级别总体处于Ⅲ类即分布差距较大,并倾向于Ⅱ类即分布相对公平,评价结果比较切合流域实际情况;与层次分析方法相比,该耦合评价模型具有一定的优势。
This paper introduces the methods of Gini coefficient and support vector machine(SVM),and establishes the equity assessment model of SVM combined with Gini coefficient.Based on the equity principle,with the establishment of a water-saving society,the model of Gini coefficient method combined with SVM is applied to the assessment of a water-saving society in the Dongjiang River Basin.The results show that the equity of water-saving society in Dongjiang River Basin belongs to band Ⅲand inclines to bandⅡ-relative equity of distribution.To a certain extent,the results are based on the realities in the Dongjiang River Basin.Compared with the AHP method,the model of Gini coefficient method coupled with SVM is better.
