摘要
通过对埃克森美孚公司和BP公司在节能减排方面的做法进行分析与总结,结合国内能源企业的现状,提出了我国石油公司转变观念、推进技术进步和在关键环节进行控制是实现节能减排最有效的方式。
Based on the analysis and summary of Flextronics from USA and BP Companies in the aspect of conserving energy and reducing greenhouse gas emission, and combined with the current state of domestic energy enterprises, it is proposed that the most effective way of conserving energy and reducing greenhouse gas emission for our petroleum companies is to transform views, promote the advance of technology and control the key links.
