摘要
了解体育锻炼在促进灾区学生心理健康方面的作用,运用健美操、羌族舞及慢跑3个项目对灾区中学生的焦虑与抑郁心理进行干预实验。结果显示,3个项目的体育锻炼均表现出了良好的心理健康效益,各小组的后测焦虑与抑郁水平均低于前测水平且差异具有显著性,其中羌族舞的干预效果最好。建议:灾区中学应重视学生的心理健康工作,为学生制定科学的运动处方,引导学生经常进行体育锻炼。
To understand the function of physical training in promoting psychological health for the students in the disaster area, psychological intervention experiments of middle school students' anxiety and depression are conducted by using the three projects such as aerobics, Qiang dance and jogging. The results show that the three physical projects have good benefits of psychological health. The group post-test anxiety and depression is significantly lower than pre-test. The intervening effect of Qiang dance is the best. The suggestion is proposed that middle school in the disaster area should pay attention to students' psychological health, make a scientific exercise prescription and guide them to have regular physical exercises.
