在使用JSP开发FPSO系泊管理系统中,需要根据实际需要从数据库中存取各类文件。通过字符流的方法存取客户端、服务器的文件。使用封装的组件实现数据库连接、上传、下载等模块的重复利用。根据不同的情形处理JSP中的中文乱码。JSP是以Java为主的Web语言开发工具,利用该特性实现该系统的跨平台使用,同时Oracle数据库利用Java的强大而稳定的功能,可以在服务器端完成多项复杂操作。FPSO系泊管理系统有效地利用了JSP与Oracle技术的优点,实现对数据库进行文件上传下载等功能。

There is a request to upload and download data from database when developing FPSO mooring management system with JavaServer Pages（JSP） technology which provides a simplified,fast way to create dynamic web content.It is effective to upload files to database and download files from database to client by the method of character stream.The modules of connection with database and uploading/downloading can be recycled when they are encapsulated as assembly.Different methods are applied to solve confusion of language codes.Oracle database makes use of powerful function of JAVA to complete complex operations.Thus,FPSO mooring management system takes full advantage of JAVA and Oracle to realize the function of uploading/downloading files.
