城乡社会救助体系建设与公共服务均等化

在和谐社会建设中,如何通过城乡统筹战略的实施构建覆盖城乡的社会救助体系,缩小城乡社会救助制度之间的差别,实现公共服务的均等化,已经成为社会救助体系建设所要解决的重要问题。本文从公共服务的视角,针对城乡社会救助标准差异过大的现实,提出城乡社会救助体系建设的途径,以实现公共服务的均等化。

In building a harmonious society, how to build covering urban and rural social relief system through the the strategy of urban and rural areas co-ordinate implementation, and narrow the difference between urban and rural social relief system, and to realization of the equalization of pubhc services, has become a social rehef system to be solved important issues.
