In the era of knowledge economy, scientific management of higher vocational colleges is management of information, knowledgement and innovation whose development direction is scientific management and innovation. In this paper, the author expounded resource management and construction of information, and discussed strengthening the talents resources management of libraries of higher vocational colleges. At the end of paper, the author explored service innovation work of libraries in harmonious society from innovation of service content, service type and service concept.
