Aerial digital cameras ADS40 of three line array stands for a development direction of new aerial digital cameras. The new aerial digital cameras were adopted imaging mode of push-broom, which were equipped with POS system to get attitude of camera. In this paper, the author introduced imaging principles of sensor of three line array, and discussed operation procedure of photogrammetry of ADS40 cameras.
