摘要
非洲实现千年目标对于世界的发展具有重要的意义。然而,国际社会对于帮助非洲实现千年目标能做些什么和应该做些什么都应进行深入的思考。在对非投资、提供援助和经验分享时,理应遵循正确的国际原则,即互相尊重和互利互补。
Africa's realization of the MDGs is of great significance for the world development. Nonetheless, what the international community can or must do to help Africa realize the MDGs calls for deep reflection. When investing in, providing aid for and sharing experiences with Africa, one must abide by the right international rules, namely mutual respect, mutual benefit and mutual complement.
