摘要 基于我国动车组实际运用状况,按照故障后果危及动车组运行安全的严重程度,将动车组故障划分为安全类故障、运用类故障、隐患类故障和一般类故障;依据可靠性理论和现场数据统计分析,验证了动车组整车可靠性服从指数分布的规律;提出了将动车组整车故障率划分为10级的建议。依据可靠性抽样检验理论,计算不同置信度、不同故障率等级要求下的动车组允许故障发生次数和最小累计运行里程,据此给出动车组整车可靠性的验证方法:①根据动车组的累计运行里程、期间发生的故障次数,在一定置信度水平下对其故障率等级进行评定;②针对动车组可靠性验证要求,确定故障率等级,选择动车组参试列数、试验时间、评判准则等参数,制定验证方案。 Based on the actual operation status of electric multiple units(EMUs) in China,according to the severity of different faults affecting EMUs operation,the faults of EMUs can be classified as safety faults,application faults,hidden faults and general faults.On the basis of reliability theory and the statistical analysis of field data,it was verified that EMUs should obey the failure law of exponential distribution,and the failure rate of EMUs was proposed to divide into 10 grades.Based on stability sampling inspection theory,the number of the allowable faults and the minimum accumulative running mileage was calculated regarding different failure rate grades under different confidence level,and the reliability verification method of the whole EMUs was put forward.(1) The grade of EMUs failure rate under certain confidence level could be assessed according to its accumulative running mileage and fault number during the period.(2) The verification program would be determined for certain reliability requirement of EMUs,including to determine the failure rate verification grade,to select the amount of EMUs,test time,evaluation criteria and so forth.
