摘要
新编《铁路工程施工组织设计指南》已正式颁布实施。新"指南"涵盖了铁路建设全过程,对各阶段铁路施工组织设计内容、原则、方法、指标及格式进行了统一。同时纳入了铁道部部颁铁路建设各阶段施工组织设计管理规定的相关内容。此文对新"指南"的编制背景、编制特点、编制内容和应用进行分析和介绍,为使用者更好地理解和应用新"指南"提供参考。
The newly compiled guide of construction organization design in railway engineering has been officially issued. The new guide covers whole process of railway construction, and unifies design contents, principles, methods, indexes and format of railway construction management in different stages. This guide brings into relevant management regulations about construction organization design in different stages issued by Ministry of Railway. This paper makes a detailed analysis and introduction of compilation background, contents＆application, providing references for users＇s comprehension and application.
