WBS在铁路勘察设计项目管理中的应用

Application of WBS in railway survey & design management

依据项目管理理论体系中的WBS理论,针对铁路勘察设计工作中存在的范围管理、进度管理、人员成本和绩效管理的要求,提出建立铁路勘察设计项目工作WBS的具体思路和方法,确定了铁路勘察设计WBS标准库的编制原则、编码标准、工作包内容等。并就如何利用WBS方法和项目管理理论,依托信息化手段,对铁路勘察设计项目的范围、质量、绩效、沟通等方面进行科学、量化管理制订了对策。

This paper describes our recent effort on improving the project management level in the domain of railway survey and design. For the existing problems including Scope Management, Schedule management, Personnel costs and performance, a new countermeasure is proposed to achieve scientific and quantitive management by using the WBS tools and methods of the project management theory system.
