摘要
分析了黑龙港地区农业生产的现状和问题，针对１９９１年“全国农村经济发展十年规划”提出的粮食总产目标，论述了发展饲料作物生产，实施“三元结构”种植是该区域农业持续发展的重要举措，提出了实施这种种植模式的一系列保证措施。
The farming condition and problems in Heilonggang area were analysed in this paper. According to the “Ten year National Program of Rural Economic Development”, the expansion of forage crops and application of planting mode of “three way structure” proved important measures to the sustained development of agricalture in Heilongggang Area; and a series of sub measures were also supposed.
