摘要
阐述了创新人才素质、信息素质教育的内涵,信息素质教育在创新人才培养中的作用,同时探讨了高校图书馆如何发挥信息素质教育在创新人才培养中的作用。
This paper discusses on the elements of the innovative quality and the connotation of the information literacy education,expounds the functions of the information literacy education in the cultivation of the innovative talents,and probes into giving full play to the functions of the information literacy education of university library in the cultivation of the innovative talents.
