摘要
分析了图书馆女性馆员的优势与劣势,并以太原理工大学为例,针对不同年龄段的不同特点,提出了女性馆员实现自我提升、自我完善的途径和方法。
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the female librarians,and then taking Taiyuan University of Technology as an example,puts forward some ways and means on how to achieve self-improvement for a female librarian of different characteristics and different age groups.
