资本主义社会制度的确立导致的社会关系的变革使新闻法规的本位由封建时期的国家变为近现代资本主义社会的国家、个人和社会利益,新闻法规日趋文明、完善。
The transformation of social relations led by the establishment of capitalistic system has made the standard of media laws changed.The interest of nation in feudal society has been instead of the interests of nation,citizen and society,and the media laws are gradually civilized and perfect.
