抗静电共聚酯皮芯型FDY生产工艺的探讨

Production process of antistatic COPET skin-core FDY

对共聚型抗静电PET切片的制备,抗静电粉体的选用、添加方式以及添加量等缩聚工艺以及抗静电涤纶FDY纺丝工艺进行了分析探讨。结果证明,选用并控制好抗静电剂的添加方式以及添加量,可以生产出电阻率小,静电荷半衰期短,抗静电性能优的共聚型皮芯涤纶FDY。

The preparation of copolymer antistatic PET chip,the polymerization process such as the selection of antistatic powder,the preparation of antistatic slurry,the adding method and addition amount of antistatic agent and the spinning process of antistatic PET FDY were analysed and discussed.The results showed that by well selecting and controling of the adding method and adding amount of antistatic agent,the copolymer PET skin-core antistatic FDY with low electrical resistivity,short static charge half-life and optimal antistatic property can be produced.
