摘要
在法律文书中,特定修辞的出现频率不高,但却是不容忽略的语言现象。文章旨在分析几种特定修辞方法在具体文书中的应用,从而避免在法律文书制作过程中滥用修辞,做到用语规范。
There is not more special rhetoric in the legal document,but this is an important linguistic phenomenon.This paper＇s meaning is analyzing apology about some special rhetoric in special legal document,in order to refrain from abusing rhetoric and use linguistics under standardization in the course of legal document writing.
