摘要 煤电运供应链是供应链概念在煤炭业的应用。由于铁路运输是我国煤炭运输主力军,使优化煤电运供应链重点转移到如何选择最优的煤炭堆场作为一个电厂群的煤炭配送中心,而且,由于每个电厂都必须有自己的堆场,所以很多煤炭配送中心就直接以原有电厂的煤炭堆场为基础进行建设。使用改进的Fuzzy-AHP的方法对以原有电厂煤炭堆场为基础建设的煤炭配送中心选址问题进行了研究,建立了这类问题评价指标,且以H集团在S省为算例进行了计算,得出了与该集团决策相符的结果。 Due to the fact that the majority of coal transport are done through railways, the optimal selection of a coal stockpiling yard as the distribution center serving a whole power plant cluster has become the focus of coal supply chain researches. Currently each power plant has its own mandatory coal yard, so many coal distribution centers are built on the basis of these coal yard. In view of this, the paper employs Fuzzy-AHP to study the allocation problem of coal distribution centers, establishes the evaluation indices and carries out a case study on enterprise group H operating in province S, with results conforming to to the policies adopted by the group.
