基于阐述了胜任能力模型及其特点,结合物流企业人力资源开发培训的目标,以胜任能力为基础,构建了基于胜任能力模型的物流企业人力资源开发培训系统。
Training is the core link and important means of human resource development and has become a key factor influencing the core competence cultivation and market competition for logistics enterprises. The paper details the characteristics of competence model and establishes the competence-based human resource development and training system for logistics enterprises.
