摘要
主要从敏捷供应链中核心企业的角度出发,以动态联盟的生命周期为基础,采用BSC、SCOR、KPI等方法,分别研究了核心企业在联盟的结盟阶段、运行阶段和解体阶段各自的特点,以确定企业的绩效评价指标,并用因子分析法对其进行评价,最后用一个算例证实了方法的可行性。
The paper starts from the core enterprises in agile supply chain and, on the basis of life circles of dynamic alliances, investigates into the characteristics of core enterprises in the alliance forming stage, operation stage and alliance dissolving stage to determine the indices of enterprise performance evaluation, which are then evaluated through factor analysis. Finally a numerical study is carried out to verify the feasibility of the method.
