摘要
通过分析应急资源管理现状与网格技术应用情况,针对自然灾害这一类的突发事件进行应急资源管理平台体系结构设计,并基于网格技术来构建应急资源管理平台,给出平台构成的模块与作用,给予平台运行的一般步骤。结合郴州发生雪灾这一灾害事件进行模拟并给出结果,最后分析存在的问题以及未来发展方向。
Through analyzing the current situation of emergency resource management and application of grid technology, the paper works out the architecture of natural disaster emergency resource management platform, introduces the constituent module and function of the platform and presents its general working procedure. Finally a simulation study on Chenzhou snow disaster is carried out and the existing problems are located and future research directions are discussed.
