摘要
目的:本实验考察幼龄实验藏酋猴在人工饲养方式下,对配合饲料中主要营养成分的消化情况。方法:选体重2.0kg左右,1.5-2.5岁子一代藏酋猴8只(雌雄各半),随机分为常规笼养组和在常规笼养的基础上,每天定时在室外运动1h组,每组4只。通过4d预饲,3d准确计量采食及排便量,测饲料中干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分营养成分。结果:相对额外运动组,常规笼养组幼猴对饲料中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分及干物质的消化率均有提高,粗蛋白的消化率高于额外运动组7.05%(P<0.05)。结论:幼猴在人工饲养中,要尽量减少进食后的运动量。
Objective: To investigate daily digestibility of essential nutrient by feeding artieicial ration on immature Macaca thibetana and the elects of out dsor motion. Methods: 8 one or Eight, 1.0-1.5e and a half years first filial generation Macaca thibetana were randomly divided into 2 groups. Macaca thibetana in Group I were fed in cage as routine procedurein; Group II were also cage fed with extra one hour outdoor niotion. The digestion trial was conducted a week and the manure was collected daily at the last three days. Results: The digestibility of crude protein, crude fat, ash content,dry matter in Group I were better than Group Ⅱ. with extra out door motion The digestibility of crude protein was increased 7. 05 % (P〈0. 05). Conclusion.. Less or no out door motion revealed better digestibity on immature Macaca thibetana feeding, with artificial ration.
