媒介转型背景下的同质化问题以及考核评价体系研究——来自对重庆地方媒体的调查报告(上)

Research on the homogenization issues caused by media transformation as well as the evaluation system

媒介转型带来了多种媒介形态并存的局面,也带来了媒介观念的革新。但是国内传媒在经历媒介转型的同时媒介同质化倾向也不断加剧,这是新形势下出现的新问题,因此有必要对媒介转型过程中出现的媒介同质化问题进行深入的理论研究。本研究在对国内同质化问题进行一般理论概括和分析的同时,着重对重庆媒体出现的媒介同质化倾向进行了深入的调查和分析,并提出了一套旨在解决媒体同质化问题的考核评价体系。这一考核评价体系涉及到考核评价的总体思路、考评原则、考评主体、考评指标及赋值依据以及考评组织实施等一系列核心问题和环节。

Media Transformation has not only brought the coexistence of various media forms,but also brings the concept of media innovation.However,domestic media suffers from an upward trend of homogenization while experiencing the media transformation,which is a new situation and a new problem.As a result,an in-depth theoretical study on the media homogenization caused by the media transformation is in great need.This study implements a general theoretical summarization and analysis on the homogenization of domestic media;meanwhile,it places great emphasis on a thorough survey and analysis of the homogenization of media in Chongqing.In addition,by doing the above,this study also proposes an evaluation system aiming to solve the homogenization of the media.The system involves key parts concluding the general ideas,principles,subjects,indicators and criteria,as well as the organization and implementation of the evaluation.
