摘要
企业成人外语培训面临的难点问题之一,就是培训主体与普通学习者之间的差异。如何针对成人在外语学习中的特点,改变教学方式方法,增强学员学习的主动性和自主性,提高学习效率,增强学习效果,是培训机构应着力解决的问题。对培训过程中常见的3个问题进行分析,提出具体的解决对策,即以"信息技术"和"开放式课堂"为框架的企业外语培训模式,为企业的国际化人才培训开拓思路。
One of the difficulties which adult foreign language training is facing is the difference between trainers ann general learners. Problems that training institutions have to solve based on special features of adults' learning foreign language are how to improve teaching method, strengthen learners' activeness, elevate efficiency of study and improve effect. We analyzed three problems in training, provided solutions; presented training mode in enterprise with "information technology" and "open class" as frame, which broaden idea of cultivation of international intelligent for enterprise.
