REACH法规作为欧盟近20年来最重要的法规之一,其实施对国际化工贸易格局和化工企业将产生重大影响。积极应对REACH法规、把握欧盟市场,是中国石化企业国际化经营战略的重要部分。分析欧盟REACH法规的实施对我国石化企业及相关行业的影响,提出企业积极应对的策略:通过参与SIEF论坛等工作,努力降低注册成本;清洁环保生产、开发替代产品、加强统一监管,以加快我国化学品与国际先进水平接轨的进程。

As one of the most important acts of European Union in recent 20 years, the implementation of REACH Act ＂will bring great influence to international chemical trade setup and chemical enterprise. To respond actively REACH Act of European Union and master European Union market are important part of international operation strategy for China petrochemical enterprises. Through analyzing of influence of REACH Act of European Union upon our petrochemical and relative enterprises, we put forward strategy of active respond for enterprise; through taking part in SElF forum, we made great effort to lower registration cost, clean environment of production, develop substitute products strengthen unified supervision and management so as to speed up the process the connection of our chemicals and international advanced level.
