企业是软件项目委托开发的主要用户。目前,多方面因素导致软件委托开发项目的成功率较低。作为委托方,应在内部提高信息化认识程度、丰富量化管理手段、加强信息化规范管理的基础上,结合自身需求对软件的设计提出明确要求,与开发方达成共识,在实践中探索合作建模的方法和途径,降低软件委托项目开发过程中的风险,提高开发成功率。

Enterprise is the main customer of entrusting development of software project. At present, many factors resuited in low success rate of entrusting development of software project. As principal, we should , on the basis of improving knowledge of information internally, enriching quantitative management means, strengthening information standard management , put forward clear requirement combined with our need, come to common knowledge with developer, probe into method and approach of cooperative modeling method in practice, lower risk in entrusting development of software project, elevate success development rate.
