油田企业的社区文化是推进和谐社区、和谐企业、和谐社会建设的重要力量。加强和发展社区文化,应从硬件和软件两个方面入手,构建和完善"设施基本配套、内容丰富多彩"的文化服务体系,按照以人为本、时代性、灵活多样、广泛参与等原则,积极组织开展文化活动,使社区逐步成为具有浓厚文化氛围,和谐、文明、秩序的生活基地。

Community culture of oil field is an important force to promote construction of harmonious community , enterprise and society. To strengthen and develop community culture, we should get involved in both hardware and software, construct and perfect cultural service system of ＂basically complete facility and rich and colorful content＂. According to the principle of human orientation, times, variety, and wide participation, we should actively organize and carry out cultural activity so that our community will become living base with thick cultural atmosphere, harmony, civilization and order.
