建立健全企业帮扶救助长效机制的几点思考

Thinking on Establishment and Perfection of Long Term Mechanism of Help in Enterprise

做好帮扶救助工作,构建和谐企业,是各级工会组织在新的历史条件下面临的重要课题。文章认为客观分析石化企业帮扶救助工作的现状,深刻认识当前建立健全企业帮扶救助长效机制的必要性,是做好企业帮扶救助工作的思想基础,同时提出企业工会开展帮扶救助工作的四条基本途径。

To do well Help and construct harmonious enterprise are important subjects which various levels of trade union are facing under new historical situation. To analyze objectively status of Help work in petrochemical enterprise, and to realize deeply necessity of establishing and perfecting long term mechanism of Help in enterprise are the ideological basis of doing well Help work in enterprise. We presented four approaches for trade union in enterprise to developing Help work.
