摘要
任何组织的中层管理者都是组织的脊梁,是组织的核心人才库,是组织得以生生不息的创新源泉和提高竞争力不可或缺的推动力。提高中层管理者的执行力,对于提高组织全体成员的执行力,具有重要的示范作用。从中层管理者在组织管理中的角色与作用,执行力现状及原因,改变现状、增强执行力的途径3个方面进行思考与阐述。
Middle- level management store, innovation resources to develop and in any organization are the mainstay of the organization, the core intelligent essential motive to elevate competition power for the organization. To executive power of middle - level management is of important exemplary function.
