On the Material Basis of Ecological Civilized Society:The Economic Ecological Development Pattern

生态文明的产生需要与之相适应的物质基础,即经济发展模式,因此支撑农业文明和工业文明的传统发展模式必须转换到经济的生态发展模式上来。该发展模式转换所需要的前提条件主要是发展观的转变、消费模式的转变和技术路径的转变。在此前提条件下,本文运用经济学的分析工具论证了经济生态发展模式的均衡路径。

The generation of ecological civilization needs the suitable material basis, namely, the economic growth pattern. Therefore, the traditional economic development pattern which sustains the agricultural and industrial civilization should be transformed into the ecological development pattern. The premise for this transformation is the transformation of developing concept, consumption pattern and technology route. Under this premise, this paper demonstrates the balanced route of economic ecological civilization using existing easy analytical instrument.
